Consultant Responsibility

The consultant shall use their best efforts to provide professional advice and guidance to the client. However, the consultant cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. The consultant shall maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the client during the consulting session, except where required by law.

Fees

The client shall pay the fees agreed upon before the consulting session begins. Fees may vary depending on the type of service provided and the consultant's hourly rate.

Cancellations and Refunds

The client may cancel or reschedule their consulting session at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. If the client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled session or does not show up, the consultant may charge the client for the full session fee. In the event of technical difficulties, the consultant will reschedule the session or provide a refund.

Intellectual Property

All information, documents, and materials provided by the consultant during the consulting session are the consultant's intellectual property and may not be used or reproduced without the consultant's prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Liability

The service provider and consultant shall not be liable to the client or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the online consulting service.

Confidentiality

The service provider and consultant shall maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the client during the consulting session, except where required by law.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is located.

Amendments

The service provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The client's continued use of the online consulting service constitutes their acceptance of any such changes.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the service provider, consultant, and client and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of the service provider or consultant to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Products on the Service. The Products available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Products on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.
